This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - from the fantastic comfy bed with extra pillows to the ample storage space for our needs. Lastly, the location couldn't have been better, situated in a quiet area close to the train station and alongside a Beefeater pub on a business park. It was convenient for exploring the surrounding places of interest.
Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located in a big industrial park with various car dealerships nearby, making it ideal for those travelling by car. It's also a great base for visiting the Beamish museum. the adjoining restaurant received positive reviews and offered a lovely dining experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was offered at the adjacent Beefeater restaurant, providing excellent value.

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the train station, making it convenient for travellers. The rooms are well-equipped with enough storage space for our needs and a fantastic comfy bed with extra pillows. The breakfast at the adjoining Beefeater pub is excellent value, especially with kids eating for free.

Convenient Location and Ample Parking This hotel offers a great location, making it easy to access nearby attractions. the parking is ample and free, which is a big plus. the check-in process is fast and straightforward, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Another plus is that the room was comfortable and quiet, allowing me to have a good night's sleep.
Minimal Breakfast Options and Price One disadvantage of this hotel is that the breakfast options were minimal and unwise. Another downside is the price, which was relatively expensive compared to other chains in the area.
